Policies

  • Any custom paintings are subject to being reproduced and sold as prints, stickers, or other media unless the commissioner explicitly requests that their painting is excluded from reproduction. The commissioner may make this request in the message box when ordering their painting, via email, or via text message. This request can be made at any time up to one week (7 days) after the painting completion message is sent by the painter.

  • The painter is entitled to deny any painting for any reason. The reason may be subject matter, photo quality, AI use in image, or any other reason. If the painting is denied, the commissioner is entitled to a full refund, with the exception of AI use. If the commissioner supplies an AI image as the reference photo and refuses to submit a non-AI photo, the commissioner will receive a full refund -$20.

  • The commissioner is entitled to two change requests to the completed painted, equaling up to 20% of the surface area. Past that, the painter may or may not choose to honor change request. The change requests must be made prior to shipping.

  • If the commissioner has a specific idea for what their painting should look like, such as color or composition, they must inform the painter before the painting is started.

  • The painter is not responsible for damages to the canvas or print once the item has been shipped. However, if a canvas is damaged in transit or by the fault of the commissioner, the commissioner may reach out to the painter. Depending on the type and amount of damage, the commissioner may have the option to send the painting back to the painter for repair.

  • All rights remain with the painter. The commissioner owns only the physical piece, and does not have the right to reproduce any piece created by the painter.
